A massive raid on an illegal underground nightclub in the blue state of Colorado led to the arrest of over 100 illegal aliens, including alleged members of the dangerous Tren de Aragua gang, with scores of federal law enforcement officers breaking in to the club and discovering multiple forms of drugs, along with firearms.

For context, in a raid that took place early in the morning on April 27, 2025, in Colorado Springs, Colorado, DEA agents reportedly captured a total of 114 illegal immigrants at an underground club, which, according to press accounts, had over 200 people inside. During the raid, the agents found evidence of prostitution, confiscated firearms, and, according to one DEA agent, pushed back against a group of security guards at the nightclub.

Commenting on the raid on Truth Social, President Donald Trump was triumphant, saying, “A big Raid last night on some of the worst people illegally in our Country — Drug Dealers, Murderers, and other Violent Criminals, of all shapes and sizes, and Judges don’t want to send them back to where they came from.”

Continuing his post, the president emphasized the need for the Supreme Court to comply with his administration’s deportation efforts, saying, “If we don’t win this battle at the Supreme Court, our Country, as we know it, is FINISHED! It will be a crime-ridden MESS. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”

In addition to President Trump, Attorney General Pam Bondi commented on the operation, praising the many federal agents involved in a post on X. AG Bondi wrote, “This morning @DEAHQ apprehended over 100 illegal aliens at an underground night club frequented by Tda and MS-13 terrorists. Cocaine, meth, and pink cocaine was seized.” Bondi added, “As we approach his 100 days in office, @POTUS Trump’s directive to make America safe again is achieving results!”

Along with the commentary from President Trump and Attorney General Bondi, Douglas County, Colorado’s Sheriff, Darren Weekly, also weighed in on the incident, telling The Gazette, “Colorado without question has been a hub for illegal immigration due to the sanctuary policies of the city of Denver in conjunction with radical legislation (including this session) from the State Capitol affirming Colorado’s sanctuary status.” Sheriff Weekly continued, “As the Sheriff of Douglas County, I will do everything I can within Colorado law to support our federal partners. This, in turn, helps keep my community safe.”

Furthermore, DEA Rocky Mountain Agent Jonathan Pullen told the press that there were multiple armed security guards standing in the way of the raid, several of whom were reportedly active-duty service members. Regarding the resistance faced during the raid, Agent Pullen said, “So it’s an ongoing investigation, but we had over a dozen active duty service members in the club tonight, either as patrons or working as armed security.”
